Return/Exchange Policy
We always want you to LOVE your jewelry! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. (U.S. Orders only, international orders are not eligible for return).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in perfect condition (unworn & unused) and must be returned in all original packaging. Shipping charges and fees are non refundable. All clearance items are final sale.
To start a return request, please go to account.roseandclayjewelry.com. Once submitting your return request, you will be sent a shipping label you can use to send back your unwanted products. Returns are subject to a $6 return label fee. All items must be in new/like new condition with original packaging to be subject to a full refund.
Important
- Shipping charges and fees are non refundable.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the portal will not be accepted.
- After initiation of the return request you will have up to 30 days to complete the return or your refund will be automatically cancelled.
- Any clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Flat back studs are also final sale as they cannot be resold for hygienic reasons.
Product Hygiene Notice
Rose and Clay is committed to keeping the highest standard of hygiene. We built our company on the premise of safe and beautiful jewelry, and we want our customers to have confidence in the quality of their purchases. Due to hygiene considerations, Rose and Clay does not resell any returned flat back studs. You can have full confidence that your purchase will be sent to you in brand new-condition.

One Year Warranty
We want you to be confident in your order and that you just purchased a jewelry piece that will last! We happily offer a free 1 year warranty on all items purchased at Rose and Clay.
At Rose and Clay, we're proud of the quality standard that we uphold. Each item is carefully examined to make sure it is the highest quality. This being said, on occasion there is an a manufacturing defect that we are unaware of when shipping out the product. We happily offer a 365 day/1 Year warranty on all of our products to cover any kind of damage caused by manufacturing defect.
If jewelry is damaged in any way when received, please email us and we will get a replacement shipped out immediately. If a product breaks or receives damage (that was caused within normal wear and tear) the product will be replaced, free of charge. Damaged pieces will be replaced if product is still available, or if the product is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
Important
- Warranty does not cover items lost by customers. Rose and Clay is not responsible for flat backs lost due to not screwing on tight enough (or checking tension periodically if wearing for extended periods)
- Warranty does not cover damage due to excessive force.
- Wear and tear is different than jewelry tarnishing. We make a promise that all of our jewelry is tarnish free because we only use high quality materials. However things such as oils from skin, and non-regular cleaning, etc. will cause plating to wear down. The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear color fading.
Processing and Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within be shipped as quickly as possible in 1-3 business days. Once an order has left our care, the actual shipping time may vary depending on time of year ordered, and distance being traveled. But in general, domestic packages take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. International orders take between 7-14 business days to arrive. All customers will be emailed a tracking number once their order is shipped so they can track your package. Tracking numbers and shipping confirmation will be sent in an email to the address provided at checkout.
Please check the tracking information before emailing us questions about where your package is. Unfortunately, once the package is in the postal system we don't have any additional information about your package than what the tracking information says.
Order Updates and Cancellations
We've been there before! - sometimes you place an order and realize you made a mistake. Maybe you put the wrong shipping address, or ordered the wrong color, or maybe you need to cancel your order completely.
Our team tries to ship out orders as soon as we can! Please review your order before and after placing. If there is an adjustment, please let us know within 1 hour of placing your order. After one hour, changes/modifications may not be possible possible.
